    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp chili bean paste
    • 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 100ml water

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. Chop green onion roughly and set aside a small amount of the green part for garnish.

Season peeled shrimp with sake and cornstarch, and massage lightly.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry for 1 minute until color changes, then remove.

In the same pan, stir-fry green onion and grated garlic over medium heat until softened. Add tofu and return shrimp to the pan.

Pour the sauce mixture into the pan, stirring until the sauce thickens. Serve on a plate and garnish with reserved green onion.
