INGRÉDIENTS
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Tofu
- 350g firm tofu
Seafood
- 2 crab sticks
Vegetables
- 2 green onions, chopped
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Condiments
- Mustard, to taste
- Soy sauce, to taste
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the dried wakame in a bowl with water (not listed in ingredients), then drain.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and lightly pat to remove excess moisture.
Shred the crab sticks by hand and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Chop the green onions.
In a bowl, mix the tofu, wakame, crab sticks, green onions, and the seasonings (mayonnaise, potato starch, salt, and pepper).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Scoop spoonfuls of the tofu mixture into the pan and fry until golden brown on one side. Flip and fry until golden brown on the other side.
Serve the patties on a plate with mustard and soy sauce on the side.
