- 1 block tofu
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/3 green onion
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 200 ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the tofu into appropriate-sized pieces.
Place the tofu in a microwave-safe container and microwave for 2 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Drain the water released from the tofu after microwaving.
Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, chili powder, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and water to create the sauce.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Reduce the heat to medium and pour the sauce over the tofu. Spoon the sauce over the tofu to ensure it absorbs the flavors.
Slice the green onion diagonally and add it to the pan. Drizzle sesame oil over the dish.
Serve the tofu hot with rice and enjoy.
