ÉTAPES
Wash the tomato thoroughly and slice it.
Use a round mold to cut the tofu to match the size of the tomato slices. Sprinkle lightly with salt and remove excess moisture.
Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly fry the tofu.
Soak baby leaves in cold water.
Mix balsamic sauce with sugar and lemon juice to create the dressing.
Arrange the tofu and tomato slices on a plate in a circular pattern. Place baby leaves on top and sprinkle with balsamic sauce and parmesan cheese before serving.
