INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 1 pack crab sticks
- 🥚 5 eggs
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 1 perilla leaf
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- A small amount of sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare 1/2 block of tofu and cut it into small cubes.
Place tofu in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Soak for 5 minutes, then drain using a sieve.
Crack 5 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and mix well.
Tear 1 pack of crab sticks into smaller pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and add the tofu. Stir-fry gently for 2 minutes.
Add crab sticks and a small amount of carrot to the pan. Stir-fry together for another 2 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan over the stir-fried ingredients. Lower the heat to medium.
Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper and stir gently until the eggs are fully cooked.
Turn off the heat and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
