- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/4 bell pepper, chopped
- 50g ground beef
- 🧀 1 cup pizza cheese
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine

ÉTAPES
Chop the onion and bell pepper into small pieces.
Slice the tofu into wide pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown.
In the same pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion, bell pepper, ground beef, cooking wine, and pepper.
Add tomato sauce to the sautéed mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
Layer the sauce, tofu, and sauce in a microwave or oven-safe dish.
Top with pizza cheese and parsley powder.
Bake or microwave until the cheese melts and turns golden.
