ÉTAPES
Remove moisture from tofu and cut into large pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Season pork belly with salt and pepper, then cut to match tofu size.
Coat tofu and pork belly with potato starch.
Pan-fry tofu and pork belly in a preheated pan until golden brown.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add remaining seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the tofu and pork belly, then serve.
