INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 150g firm tofu
- 2 slices bacon
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 75g cooked rice
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion, cut bacon into 1cm strips, and rinse the cooked rice lightly with water.
Place firm tofu in a microwave-safe container and crumble it. Add minced onion and bacon, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and seasonings (salt, pepper, consomme, milk, and water) to the container. Cover loosely again and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onion.
