INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 200g spam
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, adequate amount
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A few shakes of pepper
ÉTAPES
Rinse the tofu under running water and press it with your palm or a cloth to remove as much moisture as possible.
Cut the spam into chunks and mix it with the drained tofu.
Wear disposable gloves and mash the tofu and spam mixture finely.
Crack the eggs into the mixture, add a pinch of salt and a few shakes of pepper.
Add chopped green onion and mix everything well.
Heat a pan and scoop one spoonful of the mixture to form small round pancakes.
Cook until golden brown on both sides and transfer to a plate.
