ÉTAPES
Chop 1/4 onion and 1 piece of green onion. Prepare 1 tsp minced garlic. Reserve some chopped onion for both the sauce and the mixture.
Crush the tofu with a knife, wrap it in a cloth, and squeeze out the water. Repeat 2-3 times, but avoid over-squeezing to prevent dryness.
Mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oligosaccharide, and water to prepare the steak sauce.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and butter. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté over low heat until fragrant. Add the prepared steak sauce and simmer briefly. Optionally, add a pinch of basil powder.
Drain the tuna can and mash the tuna. In a bowl, combine tofu, tuna, chopped green onion, chopped onion, egg white, salt, and black pepper. Knead the mixture thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and pan-fry the tofu steaks until golden brown on both sides.
Remove excess oil from the cooked tofu steaks.
Plate the tofu steaks and drizzle the prepared sauce over them before serving.
