- 🐟 2 cans of canned tuna (85g each)
- 🥬 2 handfuls of cabbage
- 9 perilla leaves
- 200g tofu
- 🍚 2 tbsp cooked rice
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2-4 tbsp mayonnaise
- A pinch of black pepper
- 4 tbsp seaweed flakes
ÉTAPES
Prepare the cabbage by chopping it finely.
Drain the tofu using kitchen towels and press to remove excess water.
Mash the tofu and chop the perilla leaves finely.
Drain the canned tuna and rinse with hot water to remove oil and salt.
Combine all ingredients including rice, seasonings, and mix thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into round rice balls by pressing firmly.
