INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 1 can tuna
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- To taste black pepper
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 💧 2 cups water
- 🧂 To taste salt
ÉTAPES
In a pot, add water, gochujang, red pepper powder, minced garlic, black pepper, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
Add the canned tuna and sliced tofu into the pot.
Add bean sprouts and cook with the lid either fully open or closed until the smell is gone.
Top with sliced chili pepper and green onion, then simmer until fully cooked. Adjust salt to taste.
