INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 80g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 pack radish sprouts
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 💧 500cc water
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 2/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 2 tsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and trim the roots off the radish sprouts.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add ground chicken, and cook until the color changes. Add cherry tomatoes and sauté.
Add grated ginger, water, and dashi powder to the pot. Bring to a boil, then add bean sprouts.
Once the bean sprouts soften, reduce heat and add sake, soy sauce, and miso. Stir until miso is dissolved. Serve in bowls and top with radish sprouts.
