- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp sake
ÉTAPES
Clean the clams by soaking and scrubbing the shells. Remove stems from cherry tomatoes. Separate shimeji mushrooms into smaller pieces.
Mix sake and grated garlic thoroughly to prepare the seasoning.
Place clams, shimeji mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and the seasoning mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper. Fold and seal the edges tightly.
Place the packet on a microwave-safe dish and heat at 600W for 4-5 minutes. Check the taste and add salt if needed.
