- 🍗 2 chicken tenders (100g)
- 125g pea sprouts
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots of the pea sprouts and cut them in half. Cut the tomato in half lengthwise, remove the stem, and slice into wedges, then cut each wedge diagonally in half.
Place the chicken tenders in a microwave-safe dish, pierce them with a fork several times, and add sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes until cooked through. Let cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, sesame oil, ponzu sauce, ground sesame, and black pepper). Add the tomato, pea sprouts, and shredded chicken, then toss to combine.
