INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 3 sausages (60g), sliced
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), diced
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 300ml water
ÉTAPES
Slice the zucchini into 1cm thick pieces, dice the onion into 1cm cubes, and remove the stem of the tomato before dicing it into 1cm cubes.
Slice the sausages into 1cm thick rounds.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, then sauté the sausages, zucchini, and onion until the onion becomes tender. Add the tomato and seasonings, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour the beaten egg into the soup, wait until the egg floats, then turn off the heat and gently stir.
