Seasoning

ÉTAPES
Slice the tomato thinly, mince the onion, and cut the scallops into halves.
Mix the dressing ingredients (olive oil, lemon juice, sugar) in a bowl and add the minced onion. Stir well.
Arrange the tomato slices, scallops, and basil leaves neatly on a plate. Pour the dressing over, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.
