- 🥓 70g block bacon

- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Cut the tomato in half lengthwise and remove the stem. Slice into thirds radially, then cut each piece in half. Halve the garlic lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the block bacon into 1cm-wide pieces, then slice again into 1cm cubes. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat until fragrant. Add the bacon and octopus, cooking until heated through. Add the tomato and simmer briefly until softened.
