- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in water

- 🥛 200cc milk
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese

- 🍅 200cc unsalted tomato juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them into thirds.
In a frying pan, heat milk, tomato juice, salt, pepper, and consomme until boiling. Break the spaghetti in half and add to the pan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute less than the package instructions.
Add the canned tuna, pea shoots, and grated cheese to the pan. Mix until the pea shoots wilt, then serve on a plate.
