INGRÉDIENTS

- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
Condiments
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 🧂 1 pinch sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A dash of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Remove the stem from the tomato and make a shallow cross-cut on the opposite side.
Boil water in a pot, place the tomato on a ladle, and submerge it in the boiling water for about 20 seconds. Once the skin starts peeling at the cut, remove the tomato and cool it in cold water. Peel off the skin, cut the tomato in half horizontally, remove the seeds with a spoon, and dice into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix all the condiments (olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper) until emulsified. Add the diced tomato and mix well.
