- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Season the pork with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Remove the stems from the tomatoes, cut them into wedges, and then halve them diagonally.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.
Add kimchi to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Then add tomatoes and the sauce mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry over medium-high heat.
