- 2 crab sticks

Broth Ingredients

- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
ÉTAPES
Prepare the zucchini by slicing it into thin noodle-like strips using a 5mm slicer.
Boil water with 1/3 tbsp of salt and blanch the zucchini noodles for 30 seconds.
Drain and rinse the zucchini noodles under cold water, then remove excess water.
Score the tomatoes with an X, blanch them in hot water, peel the skin, and chop them into large pieces.
Blend the tomatoes, garlic, gochujang, vinegar, and oligosaccharide until smooth.
Slice the cucumber thinly and shred the crab sticks by hand.
Place the zucchini noodles in a bowl, pour the tomato broth over them, and garnish with cucumber slices and shredded crab sticks.
