INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 pack of frozen udon noodles
Meat
- 50g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
Soup Base
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 💧 150cc water
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- Pickled red ginger, as needed
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pot over medium heat and cook the pork belly until its color changes.
Add all soup base ingredients except milk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add frozen udon noodles and bring to a boil again. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts and cook over medium heat until softened, about 1 minute. Stir in milk and heat through.
Serve in a bowl, top with pickled red ginger, and sprinkle chopped green onion.
