INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 stalk green onion (green part)
- 2 cabbage leaves
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Liquid
- 600 ml water
Wonton
- 150 g ground pork
- 1/2 stalk white onion (minced)
- 15 wonton wrappers
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Soup Seasoning
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Slice the green part of the green onion diagonally and mince the white part. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, minced onion, sake, salt, and grated ginger thoroughly.
Place the pork mixture onto wonton wrappers, moisten the edges with water, and seal them.
Heat sesame oil, grated garlic, and grated ginger in a pot. Add green onion and cabbage, and stir-fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the wontons and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Add bean sprouts and soup seasonings (chicken broth powder, milk, and salt) to the pot and bring to a quick boil.
