INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup of washed rice
- 30g of pressed barley
- 💧 60cc of water for barley
Tororo
- 1 yam (300g)
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 100cc of dashi stock
- 🧂 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1g of aonori (green seaweed)
ÉTAPES
Add the washed rice and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Add the pressed barley and 60cc of water, then cook as usual.
Grate the yam in a mortar. Gradually mix in the beaten egg, dashi stock, and soy sauce in sequence, stirring well after each addition.
Serve the barley rice in bowls, top with the yam mixture, and sprinkle with aonori.
