- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
- 1 can (100g) canned grilled chicken
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
- Seaweed, as needed
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 80cc water
ÉTAPES
Cut the core off the onion and slice it thinly.
Heat the sauce ingredients in a pan until simmering, then add the onion and cook on low heat for 2 minutes until softened.
Pour half of the beaten eggs (1 egg) into the pan, cover, and cook for 30 seconds until set.
Add the canned chicken, pour the remaining beaten eggs (1 egg), and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Cook uncovered for about 1 minute until the desired doneness.
Serve the mixture over a bowl of rice and garnish with seaweed.
