INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 150g boiled bamboo shoots
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces. Boil them in a pot for about 2 minutes and drain. Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the bamboo shoots and continue stir-frying until they develop a golden color.
Add bonito flakes and the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, salt, and pepper). Stir to coat everything evenly.
Plate the dish and sprinkle kaiware sprouts on top for garnish.
