- 150g konnyaku noodles
- 60g burdock root
- 🥕 50g carrot
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- a pinch of white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare the konnyaku noodles by rinsing and cutting into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and thinly slice the burdock root and carrot into matchstick-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the konnyaku noodles until dry and slightly browned.
Add the burdock root and carrot to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Mix sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce in a small bowl and pour into the pan.
Cook until the liquid is absorbed and the ingredients are well-coated.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top before serving.
