INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Meat Mixture
- 🍗 150g ground chicken thigh
- 🧅 1/2 long onion, minced
- 🧈 100g silken tofu
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Mince the long onion.
Mix all meat mixture ingredients in a bowl until sticky.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and drop 1/8 portions of the meat mixture using a spoon. Shape and cook each side for 3–4 minutes over medium heat until browned.
Add sweet soy sauce ingredients to the pan and coat the meatballs evenly.
Serve rice in bowls, top with meatballs, onsen eggs, and green onion. Drizzle remaining sauce from the pan.
