Mince the onion finely.

In a plastic bag, combine ground chicken, minced onion, and the meat mixture seasonings (sake, salt, pepper, potato starch). Mix until sticky, then cut off one corner of the bag.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pipe 1/4 portions of the meat mixture into the pan. Cook until browned, then flip and cover with a lid. Steam on low heat for 2 minutes.

Add the tsukune sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce) to the pan. Simmer and coat the meatballs until glossy.

Pack cooked rice into a bento box, lay Korean seaweed on top, place the tsukune, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
