INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🍗 200g ground chicken (breast)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (80g)
Dairy
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Seaweed
- 1 sheet roasted nori
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Garnish
- Pinch of shichimi pepper
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the green onion and mix it with ground chicken, pizza cheese, sake, soy sauce, potato starch, and grated ginger to form the meat mixture.
Divide the meat mixture into portions and wrap each portion with a sheet of nori.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the nori-wrapped tsukune until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the tsukune hot with a sprinkle of shichimi pepper for added flavor.
