- 120g tsukune yam, peeled and grated
- 300cc water
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso paste
Garnish
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Peel and grate the tsukune yam.
In a pot, bring water and dashi powder to a boil over medium heat. Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso paste into the mixture.
Return the pot to medium-low heat. Scoop the grated yam into the pot using a spoon and cook until the edges of the pot start to bubble gently.
Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
