- 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
Fish
- 🐟 1 can (70g) of tuna in water
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Mix canned tuna, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl to make tuna mayo.
Place one slice of cheddar cheese, tuna mayo, and another slice of cheddar cheese on one slice of bread, then top with the second slice of bread.
Heat half the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add the sandwich, and press with a spatula while cooking for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the sandwich, add the remaining butter to the pan, and cook the other side for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Cut in half and serve.
