- 1 can tuna in oil (70g)

- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
- 2 cabbage leaves

ÉTAPES
Cut garlic chives into 1.5cm pieces and shred cabbage into thick strips.
In a bowl, beat eggs and mix in tuna, salt, and pepper to create the egg mixture.
Heat salad oil in a small frying pan, sauté cabbage until softened, then add garlic chives and stir until coated with oil.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan, stir gently 2-3 times, then cover and steam on low heat for 3 minutes until semi-cooked.
Flip the omelette onto a plate, return it to the pan, and cook on medium-low heat for 1 minute until golden brown.
