INGRÉDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), julienned
- 2 tbsp dried hijiki
Liquids
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Soak dried hijiki in plenty of water to rehydrate, then drain. Julienne the carrot.
In a rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (mirin, sake, soy sauce), and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice surface. Add tuna, carrot, and hijiki evenly on top.
Cook using the regular rice cooking setting. Once done, gently mix the rice to combine all ingredients.
