INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes, sliced into 1cm half-moons
- 🧅 1/2 onion, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 🧄 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna, drained
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A few dashes of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 300ml water
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients: slice potatoes, onions, chilies, and green onion.
Drain the tuna by pressing it in a sieve to remove excess oil.
In a pot, mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and black pepper to create the seasoning base.
Add potatoes and onions to the pot, followed by green chili, red chili, and drained tuna.
Pour 300ml water into the pot and cover with a lid. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until potatoes are tender and the liquid has reduced.
Finish by drizzling sesame oil and garnishing with sliced green onion.
