ÉTAPES
Cut the avocado into 2cm cubes.
Slice the prosciutto into thin strips.
Cut the tuna into 2cm cubes.
Mix the seasonings (gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl, then add the tuna, prosciutto, and avocado. Toss until well combined.
Plate the mixture, top with the egg yolk, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
