Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 150g pea shoots
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Trim and wash the pea shoots, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, rehydrated wakame, and pea shoots.
Add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and ground sesame to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
