- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 10g dried wakame
- 1 piece ginger
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of hot water. Squeeze out excess water and chop with kitchen scissors. Slice the ginger into thin strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add tuna and wakame, and stir-fry until the wakame's moisture reduces. Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and ginger, then simmer until the liquid is mostly evaporated. Stir in white sesame seeds.
