INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Seafood
- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🐟 30g whitebait
Toppings
- 🌿 Chopped nori, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌿 1/3 tsp wasabi
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🌿 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Pat dry the tuna with a paper towel and cut it into 1cm cubes.
Mix all the seasonings (soy sauce, wasabi, garlic, ginger, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Add the tuna to the seasoning mixture and toss lightly to coat.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with chopped nori, seasoned tuna (reserve the marinade), and whitebait. Drizzle the reserved marinade over the top.
