INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade tuna
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 6 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🌰 4g toasted white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp yuzu kosho
ÉTAPES
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, peel, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water, then drain.
Pat the tuna dry and cut into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, yuzu kosho). Add the tuna and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 10 minutes, then add the avocado and mix.
Serve the rice in bowls, layer with onion, marinated tuna and avocado mixture, shiso leaves, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
