- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🥬 1/2 cabbage
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- to taste black pepper
- 💧 2/3 cup water
ÉTAPES
Open the canned tuna and set it aside.
Wash and prepare the cabbage, removing any dirt.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the green onion and mince the garlic.
Heat the tuna oil in a frying pan.
Add the chopped green onion to the pan and sauté to create green onion oil.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, minced garlic, and plum extract to the pan.
Pour in water and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Add oyster sauce and teriyaki sauce to the pan.
Stir-fry the mixture until slightly thickened.
Add the cabbage to the pan and cook until softened.
Serve the cabbage and tuna mixture over rice.
