- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Mix the cream sauce ingredients (egg yolk, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper) with canned tuna in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain the water.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl with the sauce and toss to combine. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
