- 🐟 1 can (70g) canned tuna in oil
- 🥬 400g grated daikon
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧀 1 1/2 tbsp pizza cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Topping
- 🧀 1 1/2 tbsp pizza cheese
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Grate the daikon and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix grated daikon, canned tuna, green onion, and seasoning ingredients. Add pizza cheese and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Pour the mixture into the pan, shape it into a round form, and cook until browned. Cover with a lid and steam on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Flip the mochi, add topping pizza cheese, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with pepper.
