INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 6 pieces of aged kimchi
- 2 sheets of fish cake
- 100g canned tuna
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
ÉTAPES
Slice the aged kimchi into small pieces, removing excess filling to avoid mess during cooking. Cut the fish cake into long strips.
Prepare the stir-fry sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and oligosaccharide together.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil over medium heat and stir-fry the kimchi until it becomes slightly translucent.
Add the fish cake to the pan and continue stir-frying until well combined.
Add the prepared sauce and canned tuna to the pan, gently stir-frying for about 1.5 minutes until the ingredients are evenly coated.
