Rice Bowl Ingredients
- 🐟 1 small can of tuna
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
- 🥬 1/2 cup chopped kimchi
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🧅 2 green onions, chopped
- 🥚 1 egg
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1/3 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of black pepper
- 💧 3 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Chop the kimchi and prepare the seasoning by mixing gochujang, sugar, sesame oil, water, and black pepper in a small bowl. Chop the onion and green onions.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp sesame oil and stir-fry the kimchi. Add 1/2 tbsp sugar and the chopped onion, then continue to stir-fry.
Add the canned tuna, including the liquid, to the pan and stir-fry with the kimchi mixture.
Add the prepared seasoning and green onions to the pan. Stir-fry briefly, then finish with a small amount of black pepper.
Serve by placing cooked rice in a bowl, topping it with the stir-fried mixture, and adding a fried egg on top.
