- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)

- 🥬 1 leaf lettuce
Seaweed
- 🟩 2 sheets nori
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices cheese
Tuna Mayo
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the tuna, pepper, soy sauce, and mayonnaise in a bowl to make tuna mayo.
On a sheet of plastic wrap, layer nori, rice, lettuce, cheese, tuna mayo, and rice again. Wrap with nori and repeat to make 2 pieces.
Let the onigirazu sit for 10 minutes to settle, then cut in half.
