Sushi Vinegar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Tuna Mayo
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
ÉTAPES
Mix the sushi vinegar ingredients (vinegar, sugar, salt) in a bowl. Pour over the warm rice and mix gently to cool it down.
