Wrapper
- 5 spring roll wrappers
Protein
- 1 large hanpen (120g)
- 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (50g)
- 2 tbsp canned corn
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Binding
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp water
Cooking Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and soak it in water, then squeeze out the moisture.
Mash the hanpen in its packaging until smooth.
In a bowl, mix tuna, minced onion, canned corn, and mayonnaise with salt and pepper to create the tuna mayo mixture.
Place 1/5 of the hanpen and tuna mayo mixture onto each spring roll wrapper, roll tightly, and seal the edges with the flour-water mixture. Repeat for all 5 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C, then fry the rolls for 2-3 minutes, turning until golden brown.
