INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Canned Fish
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers (60g), thinly sliced
Condiments
- 🍅 5 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Liquids
- 3 tbsp reserved pasta water
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, then slice thinly.
Boil a pot of water, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 3 tbsp of pasta water.
Heat a frying pan, add the tuna (including oil) and onion, and sauté over medium-low heat until the onion softens.
Add ketchup to the pan and cook until the moisture evaporates, enhancing the flavor.
Add the cooked spaghetti and reserved pasta water to the pan. Mix well while sautéing. Add the bell peppers and stir briefly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
